We will send you requirements email only if necessary for the product. If you don’t respond to it or misunderstood the product, we are not responsible for the delivery and the refund is not applicable.

We are not providing the cancellation of the placed orders.
If the received product is wrong or damaged, we provide a refund and replacement. You need to send images or videos of the product to firstname.lastname@example.org. We can accept or deny the refund or replacement accordingly to our internal review. It is entirely our decision.
For domestic shipping, we have charges from 100 INR to 200 INR. For international shipping, you need to contact us at email@example.com before placing the order.
Shipping Time: Minimum 7 Days to Maximum 14 Days.
We will choose the delivery partners as per our convenience. The tracking id provision is not mandatory or we are not bound to provide tracking information.
